You can do it by implementing your own SteppingAction.
In the method UserSteppingAction(const G4Step*), you should
examine
 1) The track is a primary, i.e. parentID is zero, and
 2) The step is limitted by a process which you are interested.
Then set the track status to "StopAndKill".

Please be aware that once you intentionally kill a particle
no physics quantities of this killed particle is preserved.
