You have structured your PrimaryGeneratorAction such that all of your simulation happens in just ONE G4 Event! It may well be that your program crashes because you run out of memory since for every gamma you are making objects of 'Track' and probably also 'Vertex' type.

How do you run your application, with just: /run/beamOn 1 ?

I suggest you rewrite your method and either, for one event, push just the gammas from one energy bin onto the stack, or probably better yet, for every event, simulate a single photon.
