Do not worry, that constructor is still here. There were additionnal contructors, identical to the common one, but with 1 argument more : a string, which complemented the name, for eventually distinguish isomeres. Those constructors have not been documented, never been used, and in fact were empty since more than 1 year (with a G4Exception inside)!...
