When a track is actually leaving from a volume, the StepStatus of
PostStepPoint is set for sure to fGeomBoundary. 
 Note: Even if the StepStatus is fGeomBoundary, the track may stay
       in the volume because of multiple scattering changing the
       direction of the track inward.
I'm afraid your SteppingAction may have a problem. Could you please
post your SteppingAction code?
