Thanks for your help !
So I have set the proper time of the mother according to the decay 
length given by Pythia.
But from another post on the forum 
(http://geant4-hn.slac.stanford.edu:5090/HyperNews/public/get/eventtrackmanage/15/1.html), 
I had understood that the daughter particles should be boosted back into 
the mother particle center of mass frame.
  Is it not the case ?
