Question Why do some events spend so much time in geant4.8.1-patch01?

Hi, all  
  When I run my simulation program, I find some events spend very long time,
1-2 minutes(but most of events only spend less than 1 second). Geant4.8.1-patch01 is used. 
I have checked geometry carefully, no overlap. Certainly, I add 1 tesla magnetic field along z axis.
I print the track information and find some events have millions of steps:
