One more problem (hopefully clue) to the issue. I keep getting an infinite loop at the boundary of the volumes (namely the World (or mother to the parameterisation) and the parameterisation)) occasionally. This is a transportation process that gets stuck. I have tried to read up on this in the forums, and have seen some have had similar issues, but I could not find a solution. Some said that I should put a gap between the volumes, but since I am simulation continous organs, this is not desirable in my case. Sorry to be so persistent with my messsages on here! =)

Thanks to all, Jon
