Question Low energy EM processes and electron drifting

I am trying to simulate the ionzation of Xe by an alpha particle in an ion chamber. I require the electrons to drift to the end of the chamber, but am having trouble because of the low energy of the secondary electrons (order of about 10 eV) I have set the cuts extremely low, set the energy range in the cuts table low, and am using the low energy process such as G4LowEnergyBremsstrahlung and G4LowEnergyIonisation, but am not getting an electron drift. I believe that it is due to the low energy ionization process having a range starting at 250 eV. I tried to lower this value by using the SetCutForLowEnSecElectrons() method, but it didn't do much. Can anyone help me with this?
