Hello,

You need to establish step limit for TPC gas volume. There are several 
ways to do that:

1) Using G4UresLimits and G4SteplImiter process distributed with 
process/transportation cathegory

2) Take one of StepLimiters from examples/extended/electromagnetic/TestEm2 
, 3, 7,9...
