 There is no accurate way to "predict" a track to come to
a certain point without tracking it. But, you may be able 
to guess by accumulating the statistics of some good number
of such tracks.

No, it should not be, unless the number of secondaries 
stored in the stack is too huge and exceeds the maximum
size of memory your OS can handle.
