Dear Madam/Sir

I ask to you for confirmation on my understanding on SetParticleMomentumDirection. I want to include the momentum from the emittance of the beam. I guess the three components of the vector are: cos(alpha1)=thetax= Px/P, cos(alpha2)=thetay=Py/P, cos(alpha3)=Pz/P with P the total momentum and z the direction for beam propagation. If I put then, cos(alpha1), cos(alpha2) and cos(alpha3) to define the direction of the particle momentum, GEANT4 will automatically yield the momentum from this unitary vector in combination with the energy given by SetParticleEnergy.

am I correct ? Thankyou very much regards Daniel
