Click on the Forum title, e.g. on the "Forums by Category" page, to read a sequence of postings to the Forum and its threads all in one page. If you are using lowenergy, then fluorescence is active by default with the default energy threshold 250 eV. To have a complete deexcitation simulated one has to activate also Auger production and establish needed thresholds for dexcitation gamma and Auger electrons. If you are sure that deexcitation is active and threshold are on the level you want and there is no existing lines in the final spectrum, then it may be a subject of a bug report. VI
