Question End co-ordinates of a track

Keywords: end of track co-ordinates

When I have a scattering event (incoming particle A, hits B. B then recoils and causes ionisation). This ionisation begins at some co-ordinates (a,b,c) and ends at some co-ordinates (x,y,z). I already have the start position of the track (a,b,c), or where the interaction/collission occurred, I also record the track length. What I need is the co-ordinates of where the track ends (x,y,z). Could you please explain specifically how to do this?

Thanks in advance.
