When the physics tables are initialized, the Auger database is loaded for the materials included in the geometry. Auger is not a Process by itself, in the sense that is always called by other processes (e.g. LowEnergyPhotoelectric effect); in this sense, you have not a specific flag that the electron is produced by the Auger effect (the parent process is e.g. Photoelectric).
