Hi,

This G4UserLimits are useful when one has a complecate geometry and wish 
to establish limits only for specific Logical Volume. Moreover step limit 
functionality is taken out of it. The more easy way to limit step is 
provided in electromagnetic_lists subdirectory - StepMax class and its 
messenger. Our exmples extended/electromagnetic/... show how to use this 
StepMax.
