None tracking Implantation energies in materials on TestEm4

Hello,

I was able to create a two layer holed cylinder in vacuum in example TestEm4 and everything runs well. the inner part is Al while the outer layer is HPGe. I was wondering is there is a way to find to separate total energy deposit in each Al and HPGe layers?
