Question CutValue and electron range

Hi, I have a problem with the "CutValue"

I simulate an electron initialized in the middle inside of a
semiconductor detector. The electron has a certain initial
kinetic energy and is sent towards a random direction.
I simulate this event 400 000 times to obtain the range
 reached by any electron created during the event
(created by Bremsstrahlung, photoelectric process ...), 
more precisly the position of any electron appearing in the
simulation where its energy = 0.
These events are visualized in a graphic.
(x axis -> Range (mm) ; y axis -> counts)

Here is my problem :
When I modify the CutValue for the electron (for exemple 
0.01 mm ->0.001 mm), I observe unfortunately that the average
range of the electrons varies a lot.
Could anyone help me about this problem ?
