 1-  In PrimaryGegeratorAction4, you can choose the range of alpha : lines 59-60

 2- if you want only "radial" particles, I would instead replace lines 90-91 :
    G4double cosAlpha = 1.
    if (G4UniformRand() > 0.5) cosAlpha = -1.
    G4double sinAlpha = 0.
