Question define a sphere shell source

Hi, I'm trying to define a neutron source which needs to meet the following requirements:
1.shape: sphere shell volume source,i.e. inter radius 1700cm, outer radius 4100cm. monoenergy
3.momentum: inwards & outwards, i.e. neutrons should move in the direction of both towards center and the opposite. (I found an example of a sphere-shell-shape source in the file
but it seems that all particles are moving outwards.

I have also considered using two sphere surface sources, but I have to let the two sources emit neutrons in opposite direction (outside surface outwards, inside surface inwards), which has also not achieved yet.

Can anyone give me some help or advice? Thank you sincerely, Jincai.
