None Creating Secondaries at the StackingAction Stage

I am trying to implement a simple custom data-driven model of pion secondaries in antiparticle annihilations on targets. The basic model I had in mind was to simply replace existing tracks that have pion secondaries in them with various channels of different pion multiplicity, weighted by some probability distribution I will sample, conserving energy and momentum, and leaving the rest of the physics from FTFP_BERT as untouched as possible.

I have gathered from this link and the examples,, that the proper place to modify secondary information is in the StackingAction and not the SteppingAction as might be naively assumed.

I have found numerous examples, including the Geant4 tutorials, that show how to kill tracks, and modify existing tracks, but I have not found an example or method that shows directly how to create new particles at the StackingAction stage (or, if I have, I did not recognize it as such - I am still fairly new with Geant).

Is there a simple way to do this?
