Hello Sir forgive me if I contact you directly but I replied in the forum and there is no follow up in the question.

My name is David Sangcheol Lee and I asked you about particle (i.e neutron in my case) track length and you showed me the example. In your example you said

if (point2->GetStepStatus() == fGeomBoundary) {
   if(volume1->GetName() == "name1" && volume2->GetName() == "name") 
      fL1 = theTrack->GetTrackLength(); // leaving volume1
  if(volume1->GetName() == "name" && volume2->GetName() == "name2") 
      fL2 = theTrack->GetTrackLength(); // entering volume2
}

Could you clarify what is name 1 , name and name2 refered to ?

is name 1 mean volume 1 and name 2 as volume 2 but what is name then? is it the volume before the volume 1? I really appreciated if you can answer me for this.

For example, I have world then volume1 and volume 2 straight after the volume 1 and I would like to know the track length that neutron took until the neutron leaves volume 1
