Hi, thank you so much for your response. I wasn't sure if I would hear from you.

I am still very new at C++, only learned it to use geant4 so I am having troubles creating/editing files to fit my needs. So mostly I've been using examples that most match my need and try to edit from there.

Mainly, I am using geant4 to simulate particles (proton, alpha, heavy ions) hitting a simplified electronic device and seeing how much energy it deposits in sensitive area to gauge the upset rate.

I attached my detector file which has a silicon rectangle with smaller sensitive rectangles where the energy deposit greater than 0.08 MeV cases needs to be saved and identified. I used B4d to use the sensitive area coding used in it.

Do you have suggestion on where I should start my attempt (such as try fixing my B4d based code or try from B4a/b code or etc)
