Question Track management, Step and Geometry borders

Keywords: Track, Step, PostStep

From: Alain Ferragut <Alain Ferragut>

Hi, Something is not very clear to me, and I hope somebody would give me a hint. My question is related to the step between PreStepPoint and PostStepPoint. OK if the step length is only limited by a physical process. But suppose, that all available physical processes give a step length causing a geometrical border crossing. Where is located PostStepPoint ? How are the step informations updated, and the energy deposited during the step ? Thanks for your explanations,

Regards,

                 Alain
