Question G4ErrorGeomVolumeTarget Question

Hi there, I had a question about using the G4ErrorGeomVolumeTarget that is available when using GEANT4E error propagation. Section 5.8.4.2. (Geometry volume target) of the users guide claims that it is possible to track particles up until the volume target boundary is reached, or until the track exits the volume. While the former is the default and works nicely, it is unclear how to do the former. While it would be possible to do some volume checks manually as you step through (presteppoint vs poststeppoint kind of stuff), this seems to say that such a function is already built in. I'd rather not have to do it myself if there is some simple function name I can replace. I didn't find anything however after perusing the source code, and was unable to find any references to this searching the web. At this point I wouldn't think such a thing existed at all, if there wasn't that one sentence in the users guide claiming this was possible. Does anyone have any idea on what I'm looking for here?
