None Tracking secondary particles with their energy deposit at their coordinates

Dear all,

I wish to track the secondary particles created by an incident primary particle in silicium.

My objective is to get an output file with this shape :

1) Run n starts

2) TrackID (ID) : x | ParentID (PID) : x | ParticleName (PN) : x | PDGEncoding (PDG) : x | Initial kinetic energy (IKE) : x |

3) GloablTime (GB) | Step Position (Pos) | total energy deposit (tED) : x ; unit | x ; y ; z unit | x unit

The idea is to create data base of the energy deposit by secondaries in order to analyse the Single-Event Effect.

Your help would be really appreciate,
