Question Pruning trajectories after particle tracking?

Hi,

In the example of a water cherenkov simulation, I want to optionally save the trajectories of all opticalphotons which hit the face of a PMT (and only those opticalphotons).

Currently, it seems that I can either save all opticalphotons or none by customizing the TrackingAction's PreUserTrackingAction, but that decision must be made before it is known where the opticalphoton finally ends up.

Ideally there would be a mechanism to retroactively remove an opticalphoton's trajectory as soon as it is absorbed by a non-PMT volume.

Is such a thing possible?

Thanks for any guidance,

-Brett.
