Hi,

The geant4 default lower cut is 990 eV. If you need lower cut value, use following UI command in your macro

..... .....

/cuts/setLowEdge 250 eV

.... .... /run/initialize

or add following in your physics list

G4ProductionCutsTable::GetProductionCutsTable()->SetEnergyRange(250*eV, 1*GeV);
