UserSteppingAction is called at every step during the simulation of a track. To single out the final step that ends in annihilation, you need to add this logic:

inside the above if-statement:

if (theTrack->GetTrackStatus() == fStopAndKill) {

   if (point2->GetProcessDefinedStep() != 0) {

      if (point2->GetProcessDefinedStep()->GetProcessName() ==  "AntiProtonAnnihilationAtRest") {
          BINGO!
