Thanks, I found the file though any changes I make to it, seem to not affect the run output. I rebuilt all of geant and re-built my modified copy of example number 6, but the results of the simulation are still the same.

I had tried to simply change one of the boundary transition notification messages t by changing the the string in G4OpBoundaryProcess.cc. How can I change geant4 source files that are not part of the example code and have this be reflection during simulation of an example?

All my geant source files are located at ~/geant4/geant4.9.4.po2, while my example code is located in ~/geant4TestApp/Ex-N06. Cheers,
