Hi,

I cannot understand where the print statements are coming from in example N06. The output generated when I enter run/beamOn 1 in the command line is so:

Photon at Boundary! 
 thePrePV:  World
 thePostPV: Lid2
 Old Momentum Direction: (1,0,0)
 Old Polarization:       (0,0.999263,0.0383817)
 New Momentum Direction: (1,0,0)
 New Polarization:       (0,0.999263,0.0383817)

If you run the example, you will get different results, since i have changed detector geometry and also changed the particlegun.

What I want to understand is where these lines (Photon at Boundary!, thePrePV: Lid2, thePostPv: World, etc.) are created. I have not been able to find where these strings are generated. The only thing that I could find is that "Number of optical photons produced in this event : 0" is defined in ExN06StackingAction.cc and that the event number is defined in ExN06RunAction.cc.

I need this because I want to limit my output to only tell me when a photon enters my detector volume, which I plan to be a PMT represented by a small cylinder. I know that there are hit tracking classes, which I will try to use to generate the output I need if I can't figure out where these statements are defined. Thanks,
