1.87e+03 -> 1.85e+03 (so the actually kin E change is ~20MeV)

Don't you see it? - I see it!

Anyway, I suggest you write the kin. Energy to the screen in your SteppingAction with higher precision so we are not fooled by rounded numbers.

Moreover, believe me, if energy was not conserved in G4 we'd have the whole G4 user community crying foul! So, before you assume something so radical, check your arguments first.
