The change in kinetic energy of your mu- is ~150MeV, while the 0.876MeV is the energy 'lost to the medium'; e.g. the energy (of the kin energy difference) that isn't going into produced secondaries.

You should also be cognizant of the fact that 'ProcName' is the name of the process which limited the step. This does not mean it is the only process involved in the simulation of that step. Also, the ionization process involves both energy going into sub-cutoff electrons (the 'energy lost to the medium) as well as into 'delta rays', electrons above your production threshold.
