I have worked out the volume selection problem. Now when I type for eg /run/beamOn 10, between each incident particle when the stack is empty I want to calculate the pulse height spectrum.

So my question is what is the best way to check the stack is empty between each incident particle? I would seem to have to use G4UserStackingAction etc....?

thanks sean
