What you want to do is not so clear. How do you want your photon to interact immediately, via G4PhotoElectricEffect, G4ComptonScattering, or G4GammaConversion? These are competing processes and the interaction length sampled accordingly decides which of them wins out. If, however, you want only one type of interaction, and you have access to the G4 source, you may set:

*condition = Forced;

in PostStepGetPhysicalInteractionLength

There may well be more elegant ways to accomplish this not requiring access to the source. Please, read about 'biasing' options.
