After looking through the ProcessOneTrack method in G4TrackingManager, I realized that the initial track parameters (vertex also) are set AFTER PreUserTrackingAction. So what I did is create Set functions in my Trajectory class to set the vertex parameters of the track in PostUserTrackingAction.
