Someone may correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you are seeing sharp
turns because of the MaxAllowedStep set for your volume. You'll need to 
set some user limits and apply them to your logical volume for the box.

e.g.

 G4UserLimits* BoxUserLimits = new G4UserLimits();
 BoxUserLimits->SetMaxAllowedStep(10*mm);
 BoxLogicalVolume->SetUserLimits(BoxUserLimits);

Where the length set should be something small enough to be able to see
the curvature as the curve will be made up of a number of straight lines
whose maximum length is set by your MaxAllowedStep.
