the energy of primary particle is 3 eV and it is propagating in combined electric and magnetic field inside very low pressure gas (nitrogen vacuum). The positron is emitted from z=-1cm. The result of tracking of 1 event is as follows:

The field in holeCollimator volume is 300 V/cm and electric field is 11 volt/cm in the three 30 cm length cylinders volume. As you can see the e+ tracking is started from initial step in holeCollimator with 3 eV energy and the energy gains 300 eV by first field and 3 eV energy is deposited in first step by process of transportation. The particle goes ahead in fields of cylinders loss energy by Transportation process. The final energy of e+ isn't equal with the difference of acceleration and deceleration fields. Would you please tell me the reason for loss of energy in dEStep by Transportation process. With best regards, Yazdan
