None low energy limit for electron to accelerate in electric field

Dear Sir/Madam

Is There any option to accelerate very low energy (3 eV) electrons in vacuum by using field in Geant4?.

I have defined an electric field according the example field02 and used the G4EmPenelopePhysics() physics list package to simulate the electrons interaction . Firstly I should accelerate a 3 eV electron to an energy above 1keV. For this step when the energy of electron is below 100 eV, There is no acceleration in the output of this section and by increasing the electron energy to above this limit, the field accelerate electrons correctly.

Would you please help me to understand and resolve this problem? sincerely Yazdan
