There is some other reason why your tracks end prematurely. For 5MeV can you print the steps (tracking/verbose 1) and look at the output. Why and what kills the track in the middle of your volume?

I suspect it is fMax_loop_count (A maximum for the number of steps that a (looping) particle can take). Default is 1000. This can be set with

G4PropagatorInField* fieldPropagator = G4TransportationManager::GetTransportationManager()->GetPropagatorInField();

It won't matter so much if your volume is much smaller.
