The tracking in G4 does take the magnetic field into account, and finds correct interaction points, but does not add extra G4Steps along the curve. Only the actual interactions are stored, and the path is drawn as straight segments between those G4Steps.

You may turn on "rich trajectories" in visualization. This will add additional intermediate points, so that the true curved trajectory is drawn for you.
