Hello Peter,

Following up on my previous post: I've played around with my simulation/example Pol01 and found the following behavior:

When I turn off the field, Polarization looks fine..... for secondaries as well.

As soon as I turn the field back on, Polarization gets killed! Particularly, this is very well seen with localField. Setup is simple: box in the World and I put (0,0, 1T) field for that box. As soon as primary makes a first step inside the box, polarization gets zeroed.... I'm attaching snapshots of Tracking information.... eprimary_pol is the generation of primary and you can see PreStep and PostStep preserve the polarization. eprimary_field contains 2 steps, boundary crossing and first step inside the box(volume with the field).

For the Field I use G4UniformMagField and G4Mag_SpinEqRhs....

I realize that I must be doing smth wrong(prolly rather stupid) in here, but it's not obvious to me at the moment! Any suggestions??? THANKS A LOT!!! VK
