Hi John,

You were perfectly right. In my answer to Peter I said it did not seem to change anything but the problem came from the way I invoked the methods was wrong...

As it is not possible, as far as I know, to return the G4Transportation process, the methods (SetThresholdWarningEnergy and so on) have to be called in the AddTransportation() method in ConstructProcess() method.

In my case, I have prefered to write a new method AddTransportation(G4double wE, G4double iE, G4 int trials) similar to standard AddTransportation() one in which I invoke the three methods previously mentionned. And it finally works if I set an "important energy threshold" low enough.

Thanks a lot again for having solved my problem !
