Dear Emmanuel,

All charged particles are subject for tracking in electric filed, in
particular low energy electrons. Examples can be found in :

geant4/examples/extended/field

Classical Runge Cutta 4 order can be used for field with moderate
nonuniformity. For sharp field with strong (x,y,z) dependence Cash-Karp RC
is a bit better.
