I am unable to "see" my helical trajectories in a solenoid with a
constant B field unless I put in cylindrical slices of vacuum in my
solenoid. With these slices in place, the trajectory crosses several
"volumes" of vacuum and I can see the helical trajectory.

This is rather hokey. Is there a way of drawing the trajectories
without resorting to these slices of vacuum?

Thanks!

Ken
