Click on the Forum title, e.g. on the "Forums by Category" page, to read a sequence of postings to the Forum and its threads all in one page. If you are only interested in one thread or the thread following a specific posting, click the thread or the posting, which takes you to a smaller page, which contains only the part you are interested in and may be easier to navigate.
Messages are "chained" if there are only replies at the first level, i.e. 1/1.html, 1/1/1.html etc. In case of "chained" messages the message number is replaced by the icon and there is no indentation.

Okay, Fixed the output view. After running exampleB1, it generates the .prim file for Dawn program. Dawn program is not a viewer but a parser that translates prim file to ghostcript file. I needed a ghostcript viewer. Once downloaded plus other necessary drivers, run it manually to open .eps file generated by Dawn program. Then the visual output shows up. I got the output the way it should, with beamOn set to 0. However, When I executed the /run/beamOn 10, the ghostscript failed to open the .eps file. Realizing that ghostscript is faulty and dont know how to troubleshoot it (unless someone gives me a tip), I went for different output format and output viewer. (I am using XP). Decided for VRML plug in for web browser and finally I've got the output desired. On screen looks better, but print out does not work so everything is screen capture and then print out which is not very nice.
