It is normal, when running in multithreading mode that the output is not ordered, as simulation is processed in parallel on two (the default) workers.

It is possible to redirect output from workers in files using the command:

 /control/cout/setCoutFile myFile

Then, in MT mode, you will get G4W_i_myFile for each worker.

Or you can also limit the output to one worker only with the command:

 /control/cout/ignoreThreadsExcept 0
