Messages are "chained" if there are only replies at the first level, i.e. 1/1.html, 1/1/1.html etc. In case of "chained" messages the message number is replaced by the icon and there is no indentation.

I think this is the right category for my case. I try to modified exampleB1 by trasporting optical photons through the object instead of gamma particles as before. I amended it by changing the particle name and energy in particle gun section (in primary generator file). However, when I inserted this command "/control/execute run1.mac", (or run2); there were still information about gamma particles. I tried to open up the .mac file but it couldn't (no such suitable application). Then, I tried to copy and paste the optPhoton.mac file from example N06 but it is still not working. What is .mac file and how to modify it?
