Dr VI:

Hello, To make the picture clear, I used Geant4.9.5 in this case. The primary particle is Proton and alpha with the energy (10MeV-1e5MeV),the target material include(O,Na,Mg,Al,Si,K,Ca,Ti,Cr,Mn,Fe.etc) . Could you give me some more advises? Thanks for your kindly reply.
