Hello,

First two warnings are not important.

The exception happens due to the fact that He3 hadron inelastic process does not have any model applicable at low-energy. This normally should not happen - we use this and other examples for tests with high statistics. To make the picture clear, pleas,e inform: Geant4 release, primary particle, its energy, target material.
