Question DNAPhysics: Ionisation coordinates out of box

Hello Geant4 users,

I have a query with regard to ionisation coordinates that are displayed out of box when I executed DNAPhysics example in a 1cm ^(3) of box with water. I ran a 1 MeV Proton beam and observed that some coordinates are negative for example: X = -1.01e-06 mm = -1.01e-07 cm which I do not understand because it is out of our box dimensions. Are the dimensions not starting from: X = 0...1, Y = 0...1, Z = 0...1 ? Could you help me.

G4int n_particle = 1; particleGun = new G4ParticleGun(n_particle);

// default gun parameters
    particleGun->SetParticleEnergy(10.*keV);
    particleGun->SetParticleMomentumDirection(G4ThreeVector(0.,0.,1.));
    particleGun->SetParticlePosition(G4ThreeVector(0.,0.,0.));
